Okay, first the shocking news; I was on my way to work, and found a street that I usually walk along was cordoned off by the police. I found out from a colleague someone had been murdered nearby at the weekend; it was quite alarming.

This poster, however, did at least make me smile.

I tried having a mid-morning walk; I did get a nice picture of the blossom (almost got a blackbird with a worm in its mouth too), but a minor mishap set my chimp off for the first time in a while.

I managed a 5k run this morning, and even got out nice and early when there weren't a lot of people around. I'm still feeling less fit than I used to.

I decided to turn loading the washing machine into a game this morning, by throwing clothes into the drum; when I realised I was a bit too close I tried moving as far back as the layout of my flat ( Read more... )
